Program Description and Participation

By enrolling in any Sensual Somatic® course, event, training, workshop, or program offered through sensualsomatic.com, you acknowledge that these programs involve educational content and experiential practices including but not limited to somatic practices, energy work techniques, breathing methodologies, movement-based therapies, subconscious reprogramming approaches, embodiment work, and related wellness modalities. You understand that participation in these practices, whether in-person, virtual, or through digital content, may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your participation in any Sensual Somatic® program. You understand that engaging with course materials, attending events, practicing taught techniques, or participating in any program activities may carry inherent risks of physical, emotional, or psychological effects.

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sensual Somatic®, its organizers, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, venue providers, or any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in, attending, or applying any Sensual Somatic® program content or activities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all released parties against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by you or anyone on your behalf, including attorney's fees and related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or circumstances
• Inability to complete the program or attend events
• Dissatisfaction with content or experience
• Technical difficulties on your end
• Personal emergencies or health issues
• Travel complications or scheduling conflicts
• Early departure from in-person events

Program Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that a Sensual Somatic® program is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid for that specific program.

No Transfers: Program registrations are non-transferable between individuals or between different programs/dates.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless alternative payment arrangements have been specifically agreed upon in writing. All payments must be made through approved payment processors on sensualsomatic.com.

Access and Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet connection and compatible devices to access digital content
For in-person events, you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and attendance arrangements
Technical support is limited to platform-related issues only

No refunds will be provided for technical difficulties, travel issues, or attendance challenges on your end

Intellectual Property
All program materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, methodologies, and the Sensual Somatic® brand and techniques, are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark law. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, record, or share any program materials without explicit written permission.

Professional Use and Certification
Completion of any Sensual Somatic® program does not automatically guarantee certification or qualification to practice professionally or use the Sensual Somatic® methodology commercially. Any professional or commercial use requires separate authorization and adherence to additional licensing agreements.

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful, appropriate behavior during all programs. Sensual Somatic® reserves the right to remove any participant who violates community standards, disrupts programs, or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

Health and Safety
You confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in the programs. You are responsible for consulting with healthcare providers regarding your participation if you have any health concerns. Sensual Somatic® programs are not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical or psychological care.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. You acknowledge that online platforms and group settings may have inherent privacy limitations. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal sharing during programs.

Force Majeure
Sensual Somatic® is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in programs after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Current terms will always be available at sensualsomatic.com.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By completing your purchase or registration for any Sensual Somatic® program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue and your right to a refund. You confirm that you are entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Electronic Signature: Your electronic purchase, registration, and acceptance of these terms constitutes your legal signature and binding agreement to all terms and conditions stated herein.
